“I had Gerry come out and install a new wall outlet for my EV in my garage and he was extremely nice, and did great work and was on time. He also was super personable and took care of me. People and companies like this go extremely far and I will be using him again and also referring to anyone else. If you’re looking for a strong company that will take care of you, do things the right way, then please reach out to Perez Electric, they won’t disappoint!”

“He showed up on time, got both done quickly, and went the extra mile with new cover plates and caulking around the outdoor box. Fair price. Would recommend.”

“I requested camera installation and removal of satellite dishes and it was completed fast.”

“I had installed some three-way smart switches but they were not working. Fabian came out figured out what was going on and redid all the wires for me. Communication between Dan and Fabian was fantastic. Very polite and patient. Also, very good value for the work done.”

“We went them for a HOA required electric panel replacement and relocation. They were fast efficient and clean. Daniel our technician was friendly and respectful. He made minimal holes. I know other neighbors that did the same job with other companies and their walls were more torn up and it did not look as professional. My AC also didnt work and they were quick to send out support to get it squared away. Issues happen sometimes to no ones fault and they were willing and immediate with their assistance.Honestly wish they did other stuff for homes cause I would call them!”
