“I had a few incorrect parts for my water filter installation, and he generously offered replacement parts from his own kit. The job ended up being a little more complicated than I’d originally described, but he took it all in stride without any stress. Really appreciated his flexibility and positive attitude. Will 100% be working with James again!”
