“He installed 2 blowers im my gas fireplaces at a fair price. I would certainly use him again.”

“When we moved into our house this year, it had a gas insert fireplace that I could not get working and wanted to have safely inspected. Our technician responded to my inquiry immediately and arrived exactly when he said he would. Several other companies had declined the job because they did not want to work on a gas insert. Not Chimney and Flue Experts. Our technician had it running within about five minutes, but still took the time to thoroughly clean and service the unit, improve our setup, and make sure I knew how to operate it properly. He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and professional throughout. Truly outstanding service, and we will absolutely use them again.”

“My remote was also not communicating with my fireplace. The technician was super friendly, professional, and courteous and very knowledgeable. He had everything up and running in under five minutes. I highly recommend the company and will be using them moving forward in the future.”

“He took the time to walk me through everything, explain how our new fireplace operates and completely cleaned up. Eddie and the Blackburn Chimney team were a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Blackburn Chimney!”

“They installed a stainless steel chase cover on our chimney and the whole process was smooth start to finish. Fair pricing, quality materials, and they showed up when they said they would. In today's world that alone puts them ahead of the pack. What really stood out was the attention to detail. They documented everything with photos throughout the process so you know exactly what was done and why. They also took the extra step of spray painting the cap to match our home. Such a small thing but it makes a huge visual difference and you can tell they actually take pride in their work rather than just getting the job done and moving on. If you're in the Northern Virginia area and need chimney work done right, these are your guys. Will absolutely be calling them again for any future chimney needs.”

“Finally, they installed a new spring loaded damper at the top of the stack that is easy to open and close from the firebox. The crew worked quickly but with care and at no point did I feel worried about what was going on. They were very consistent about putting on fabric slippers over their shoes when entering the house and removing them when exiting. Now I feel confident and safe using my over 50 years old fireplace! I highly recommend this company for your chimney related needs.”
