“He tested the fireplace for any leakes and to see if anything was malfunctioning. He cleaned all of the fireplace elements including the ignitor, logs and glass and added additional embers for added heat and ambience. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly and to answer any question I had. He provided top notch service. I even signed up for the service agreement. So, I will be using your service again in the near future.”

“Not Chimney and Flue Experts. Our technician had it running within about five minutes, but still took the time to thoroughly clean and service the unit, improve our setup, and make sure I knew how to operate it properly. He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and professional throughout. Truly outstanding service, and we will absolutely use them again.”

“My remote was also not communicating with my fireplace. The technician was super friendly, professional, and courteous and very knowledgeable. He had everything up and running in under five minutes. I highly recommend the company and will be using them moving forward in the future.”

“I highly recommend this company for your chimney related needs.”

“Chimney discounters, I appreciate the communication that you relate to me as a homeowner.”
