“Lon did the inspection of my gas fireplace and did a thorough and excellent job getting it running again without needing to replace it which would not be feasible at least for now. He tested the fireplace for any leakes and to see if anything was malfunctioning. He cleaned all of the fireplace elements including the ignitor, logs and glass and added additional embers for added heat and ambience. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly and to answer any question I had. He provided top notch service. I even signed up for the service agreement. So, I will be using your service again in the near future.”

“I had this company come out to my house this morning for seasonal start up to light my pilot and get my logs going for the year. My remote was also not communicating with my fireplace. The technician was super friendly, professional, and courteous and very knowledgeable. He had everything up and running in under five minutes. I highly recommend the company and will be using them moving forward in the future.”

“Fantastic service! Would recommend to neighbors for service and competitive pricing.”

“I was very happy with first class chimney they kept me informed about everything and did a great job when installing my pellet stove. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and answered my questions.”

“Requested a custom chase and dummy vent, installed professionally to satisfaction. Richard and Dwight were patient and professional when asking for additional validation and photos. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to my neighbors”
