“5 stars for the mechnical install, however, the new outdoor control box was smaller than the old box. It left gaps that had to be filled in and then recovered with vinal siding.”

“Synergy3 recently installed a new heat pump system and thermostat at my home and the process from initial visit to installation was a good experience. My initial contact with the company was their comfort advisor Dave J. who was on time, and, more importantly, very knowledgeable on the installation process and the options I had regarding equipment needed to replace my existing heating system. Once I agreed to the proposal that Dave presented to me, the installation was scheduled for the next day. The installation technicians were also on time and the first thing they did after seeing the locations for the inside and outside units, they spent time protecting the floors in my home with coverings to prevent damage. They took a better part of the day installing both the inside unit (in a very tight utility closet), the outside unit as well as the thermostat ensuring that all was running effectively in both heat and AC modes and that I was familiar with how to work the system before they left. They were quiet, courteous installers who took extra care to prioritize protecting my home's interior during the installation. Overall, it was a very good experience working with the Synergy3 guys and I wouldn't hesitate contacting them for any future heating and AC repairs or installation.”

“After a knucklehead ran over our outdoor HVAC unit, we needed a full replacement-plus a new furnace to match the updated system. Brandon from Angle Heating & Cooling came out right away, walked us through the different systems. We decided on a Carrier unit. When installation day came, Brandon was right there with the installer, making sure we understood the process and everything was done properly. My husband and I couldnt be happier. Brandon and the installers were professional, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. We recommend Brandon and Angel Heating & Cooling company for HVAC and Furnace service.”

“I never had a fireplace before and didn’t know how to operate it. Bobby came over and showed me how to operate the unit and made sure it was operating well. He was honest and didn’t try to tell me other things were wrong with it like another company did. He simply showed me how to work it. I will is him to service the unit when winter comes. I now know how to use it. Thank Viking and Bobby.”

“Serhii was at my house just a few hours after I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our Samsung refrigerator ice maker. He then ordered the art immediately and was back in just 4 days, late on a Friday afternoon and installed the part so we had ice for the weekend. It was a very good experience and I highly recommend Serhii of Ps iceservice llc.”
