“I had an unexpected situation on Friday when a raccoon damaged my roof vent, entered through the opening, and ended up getting trapped in my ceiling. Thankfully, I was able to get the raccoon out myself. But I needed someone to inspect the damage and repair the roof vent as soon as possible. I reached out to several roofing contractors, but Prime DN Construction LLC was by far the most helpful and responsive. They came out Saturday morning to inspect the damage, provided me with a quote that evening, and returned Sunday morning to complete the work. They were extremely punctual, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They even went above and beyond by doing additional work just to help me out, which I genuinely appreciated. They also provided photos and videos documenting their work, exactly as I had requested, so I could see that everything was properly installed and secured. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges, and they delivered exactly what we agreed upon. Thank you so much for coming out on such short notice and helping me resolve a stressful situation! I really appreciate your professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor!”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Chimny for a project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The technicians were not only friendly and professional, but they also demonstrated an impressive level of expertise in their field.Four years ago, they installed a crown and cup for me, and I'm happy to report that everything has been functioning perfectly since then. This year, I had them come back for another cleaning, and once again, their work was outstanding. The equipment they used was top-notch, ensuring that the job was completed efficiently and effectively. It's clear that they take pride in their work and are committed to providing high-quality service to their customers.”
