“There was a section of floor that was not leveled and they leveled it perfectly, installed baseboards, and did LVP on our stairs. It looks amazing! Thank you!”

“We had a need for laminate flooring installed and we reviewed (8) technicians and after full review and checking for the CSLB credentials we chose for KIP HOME IMPROVEMENT. He was very thorough and did an amazing job of ensuring the lines were smooth and no buckling of the flooring. We also had stairway with landing. Their team was very responsive and on time. The stairs took the longest part to complete but they didn’t leave until the job was complete the 2nd day. Overall a great job done and will definitely use again once we decide to do the bedrooms. We replaced family room, living room, (16) stairs, landing on stairs and upstairs hallway.”

“They also protected my floors and furniture, kept the dust under control, cleaned thoroughly and they finished right on schedule. If you need drywall repair, patching, or texture matching — do not hesitate to hire Bellavi Build. Five stars, easily!”

“Jamie did a very professional job installing granite vanity tops in 2 of my bathrooms. He arrived when promised, did an excellent job installing the granite, cleaned up everything back to the way it was when he arrived. I am very pleased with the outcome of the job. I would highly recommend Roman Tile and Stone.”
