The team was punctual about the work and completed everything as agreed to the quality of the LVP install seems great so far. The baseboards and crown molding and door trims for the most part or installed properly. However, the caulking seems to have settled in and not very even in some areas. The paint on the trim work appears to have an inconsistent glaze, perhaps using a foam roller to back roll would’ve helped even out the sheen. However, considering the trims were hand painted and not sprayed, would be expected. the handrail install turned out to be very good and all the iron balusters were properly cut down to size and anchored well. Overall great experience, would definitely rehire.”
