While all of this is great, and he did a great job with all of these tasks-, the hardwood floor throughout turned out amazing, what really stood out was how he handled the short sighted changes to plans and adjusted to suit. We thought about running a gas line for a range during the demo phase and he was quick to have at least 3 different contractors come through for pricing if he took up the section of subfloor needed. He ran into issues with base board matching, and yet found a suitable solution fairly smoothly without any real added stress. I will note that the job quote may be a day or 3 longer than what you might get back from other bids, but in all honesty it allowed us to see what was being done very thoroughly (a touch OCD... so for us, this turned into a very nice +), point our and understand things that we spotted, and in the end, be more satisfied with the completed work. I'd definitely recommend DT for any of your future remodeling needs.”
