“After evaluating the foundation, the team recommended repairs to address the underlying issue. Communication was good, the work went smoothly, and we're happy with the overall experience.”

“About two weeks later, Doug returned to complete the repair, and the end result was awesome. The foundation is such a critical part of the home, and having Doug handle both the evaluation and the fix really took a lot of stress off my shoulders. He took his time, did the job right, and the quality of his work truly shows. It’s one less thing I have to worry about now thanks to Doug. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of masonry work.”

“I am overall very pleased with the work that Precision did to repair damage to my house's foundation. Everyone I interacted with was kind, gave full explanations, and went above and beyond to reduce any ancillary work that I might have to do (e.g., advising me on how to reduce future damage and picking up spare parts to divert water away from the house). In general, their communication was clear and helpful and I would work with them again.”

“Manolo provided a very reasonable price for the repair I needed on my front porch brick steps. His team arrived when scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently. They were polite and professional. I would recommend them and will consider using them again in the future.”

“The crew showed up on time and repaired and replaced the stair steps with granite steps since my old stone ones cracked and some bricks and poured new concrete to replace the cracked one. They also cleaned up the debris. My stairs seem new again and will last many years. Definitely recommend.”

“Mathew was great ! Went over everything he did and even answered extra questions I had for possible future work. Groundworks has been so good to me since switching from Rescon. Highly recommended”
