“It was so comfortable to work with the team that I remodeled & refreshed the whole house with them. They understood that I wasn't educated about doing improvements, having just inherited the house. So they took the time to explain options so I could make my own good decisions & was free to research & quiz them at will. I'm pleased with the results and look forward to the next steps the property deserves.”

“We found Calstate on the platform, then they came to our house and explained everything. They answered all our questions and after getting few quotes we decided to hire them to do our floors in Carson, CA. We felt that it would be the right fit. And it was!! They have done everything they said, they helped us picking the materials and in the end of the job they cleaned everything and kept our house clean. I will definitely hire them again for any home improvement project.”

“I recently purchased a distressed house and needed new floors fast. Mike with MVP Builders was incredibly accommodating and was able to install my engineered bamboo hardwoods within a few days of ordering. Even in a crazy busy market like Northridge (where just getting a contractor out to your house in a timely manner is incredibly difficult), he made the time to meet with me and install the hardwoods within my short window. His communication and expertise were impressive and his install crew was fast and efficient. They were able to install a little over 800 sq ft of hardwoods in a few hours, and the finished product was beautiful. Natural shade bamboo has very different color variations between planks, but even at the speed at which the crew was installing it, they still paid attention and made sure to spread the varying colors out in an appealing pattern. Great service, speedy install, awesome prices. Highly recommended! Thanks, Mike!”

“They were at the house before the schedule time and ready to go to work. The work they did IS exceptional. I appreciate them and I definitely will be calling them for future projects”

“Heber and his crew were great. They worked hard to build my patio, which included the framing work and concrete foundation. He gave frequent progress updates, provided technical information on the appropriate type of brackets, wood, and other building material that should be used. He was extremely responsive and informative to my concerns, and all at a highly competitive price. I noticed during his free inspection, he was way more detailed in taking notes, measurements, and pictures compared to other free quotes that I had received. I was very skeptical at first for choosing a contractor for a project like this on thumbtack, but was ultimately very impressed. I plan to hire him again for an earthquake foundation retrofit. I highly recommend Heber.”

“Building from the ground up demanded careful coordination between contractors and inspectors. Foundation pouring, framing, roofing, and interior installations progressed steadily without unexpected delays. Communication remained consistent throughout the process. The finished home reflects strong craftsmanship and thoughtful design choices that support long-term durability.”
