“Working with Simon and his crew was a pleasure! We needed some exterior repairs, the frame and side door on the garage replaced and a bedroom repainted. The care and detail that went into the job, as well as the timeliness and curtesy of the workers was unmatched. Job was cleaned up completely daily and a final cleanup was handled beautifully at the end as well. We 100% recommend Calstate for any job!!”

“I was very skeptical at first for choosing a contractor for a project like this on thumbtack, but was ultimately very impressed. I plan to hire him again for an earthquake foundation retrofit. I highly recommend Heber.”

“Sanchez Construction proved themselves to be consummate professionals throughout my garage renovation project, which involved installing drywall on the walls and ceiling insulation with drywall. From their punctuality to their respectful demeanor, their professionalism was impeccable. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the work. The drywall installation on the walls was flawlessly executed, while the ceiling insulation and drywall work were done with precision. Moreover, Sanchez Construction's dedication to excellence ensured that the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be more satisfied. If you're seeking a reliable and skilled team for your construction needs, I highly recommend Sanchez Construction for their professionalism and outstanding work quality.”

“After extensive research and meeting with various contractors, we decided to go with IBA Builders for our kitchen remodel and window replacement. We decided to go with IBA as they provided a thorough and thoughtful estimate that allowed us to make an informed decision. Most of the contractors only provided semi-custom cabinets whereas IBA included custom cabinets which allowed us to maximize our space and bring our vision to life. Additionally, they included design services which helped us fine tune our layout; this was a differentiator from many of the other contractors we met with. During the process, Ben (the owner) was attentive, patient, respectful and had helpful ideas that transformed our kitchen remodel. Ben and his team were accommodating to our busy schedules which made for the process to be stress free. While IBA was the cheapest quote, it was a fair and reasonable quote especially considering the quality of the materials. Ben also committed to no hidden fees or work order changes which held true throughout the entire process which based on our friends' experience, this is abnormal and further validated that their quote was fair. The craftmanship of the work exceed our expectations and we love our kitchen and new windows. We are happy that we decided to go with IBA Builders. We will use them on future projects and highly recommend them.”

“My younger child was hanging onto my drawer while I was cooking and broke the entire drawer box. Knowing how expensive kitchen and home repairs are in general I always use thumbtack for smaller repairs. Samuel from Cabrera Carpentry reached out to me not even an entire day from my request being posted. Out of the 3 pros I spoke to Samuel was by far the most professional and readily available. He arrived when he said he would and after he took a closer look and inspected the broken drawer box, he gave me what I felt was a very fair quote. This was luckily a repair he was able to do quick and easy on sight. Sam finished up in about an hour and it was as good as new. I’d highly recommend Cabrera Carpentry to anyone who doesn’t wanna spend a fortune on these big repair companies and wants quality work done at a fair price. Will continue to use Samuel anytime I have Kitchen Cabinetry issues.”

“We hired Los Angeles Property Construction to build a security wall across the length of our property last month. They had to match the existing part of the wall that was already built and did a beautiful job matching what was already there. They even completed the entire job in even less time than they originally proposed, which was a pleasant surprise. While they were working, their team also noticed a leak coming from a hot water heater pipe outside the home and quickly proposed a solution to fix it. We never would have caught it if it wasn't for their team! Juan and Josue run a tight ship and I hope to work with them again in the near future on other projects we have in our home. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.”
