“It required a complex and exacting approach by our contractor. A tight budget also was a major concern of ours. We had been disappointed before with companies who promised great service, timely completion, and quality work in other projections. However, Daniel and Vinny from Maitland met or exceeded our expectations on all points. Junior, our lead carpenter, aimed to please in every aspect of his work. Our home has been transformed and we couldnt be happier. We highly recommend Maitland Builders.”

“They were very responsive and very affordable. we were moving and had a long option period which left little time for repairs and JKG construction & Roofing was ready to go and did an excellent job. The crew was very nice and personable. I’ll gladly use them again..”

“Bruno and Lucas did a phenomenal job painting my apartment. I had a small time frame for the job to be done, but they were highly flexible and communicative. They listened to my concerns and did a beautiful job at a fair price. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to have paint work done in Somerville.”

“The workmanship, professionalism, commitment and value for our bathroom remodel made us feel lucky we found the BEST contractor!”

“Worked with us on scheduling around family in town and other contractors in home ar sand time. Highly recommend”

“Fernando and his team did an amazing job! We had a project at our house in Cambridge and the quality of work is outstanding. They showed up early and worked hard every day, I was super impressed. N7 construction is reliable and professional and kept the job site clean and running smoothly. It's hard to find reliable workers who are responsive and work hard at a reasonable price but Fernando hit it out of the park. I highly recommend them and will be hiring them again for another job.”
