“He showed up after two other's i had hired were no-show. He came the same day! arrived at 8:15 pm and left around 9:30. Put together a slatted bed frame, a bar stool and a coat rack. Great service. hire him!!!”

“It is not always easy finding a contractor who combines quality craftsmanship with reliability, but they checked both boxes. I would definitely recommend Innovate Renovations LLC to anyone looking for quality work and a team that actually follows through. I will be using them again for future projects.”

“Unlike some other contractors I’ve worked with, these guys really want your business, and again unlike others, they do more and give you more value for your money. For example, we didn’t negotiate them cutting the tree into splittable pieces for my wood stove, but they went ahead and did it anyways once they realized the tree wasn’t rotted. I had told them that I would clean up the debris, but they separated the large stuff and piled the finer stuff so that I could clean it up easier. These are the guys you want for your next project. If I have another project at my house that I can’t do, they will be my first contact and I hope they’ll be available. Smart, thoughtful, efficient, just a good experience. I feel like I received good value for the money I spent.”

“He cares about providing a quality experience to clients and contractors alike, as well as executing each project using best practices regarding management and design.”

“I recently hired Cristian Portillo, owner of Pluto Remodeling, for work at my home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Cristian was extremely pleasant to work with and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the project. He was able to fit me into his schedule right away and completed the job exactly when he said he would. As the work progressed, a few extras came up, and Cristian handled them with fairness and transparency — we were able to reasonably discuss both time and cost without any pressure. Communication was another strong point. Cristian was always reachable, whether by text or phone, and consistently responsive. When the job was done, he left the grounds clean and in great shape, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Pluto Remodeling to friends and family. In fact, I already plan to have Cristian back later this summer for additional work. A truly positive experience all around.”

“We hired Sean to replace a garden tub with a tile shower and remove the existing shower and add a linen/utility closet. Sean brought many great ideas to our project that made the final product as good if not better than we could have expected. He constantly updated us on progress and asked for input. His pricing was very fair. Sean is talented with construction, electrical and plumbing. He also stated that if a project/job was more than he could handle, he would state such. I highly recommend Sean for your next project, big or small. We will be having him back for future projects.”
