“They never tried to upsell me, and the heat pump we chose is cost-effective and quiet, while being more than enough for my home. The work itself was carried out efficiently and respectfully, with a lot of attention to detail, and finished ahead of schedule. In addition to the 10 year equipment and 3 year labor warranty, they offered 1 year of free maintenance. After the install, they have continued to be very responsive, returning several times to help rebalance and optimize airflow between the rooms, and to troubleshoot and fix any remaining noise issues. They've really put in the effort and ingenuity to solve my HVAC problems!”

“Very good communication while choosing what equipment I needed and in adjusting for our home's energy efficiency and existing mini-split. They were present for the city inspection to answer the inspector's questions and everything went smoothly. I can recommend them highly.”

“EM Energy & Air mobilized quickly on our ducting project. They were super friendly, easy to work with, and professional. I’ll def be working with them again.”

“Excellent experience with Ozone. Alexander arrived within the scheduled time window, was courteous (put on shoe covers) and when he learned that I needed an electrician instead of a HVAC service, he said he would check it out anyway. He was thorough when finding the issue (no power to the furnace). Once he was finished installing the transformer, he checked the Google Nest and there was still an issue. He immediately went back upstairs and opened the ceiling to find out what was going on and then explained the options. He was also incredibly organized and clean. Very impressed with the level of professionalism with this company and categorically recommend them.”

“Team also recommended options for San Jose Clean Energy rebate program, which came handy while replacing the older unit with new one. Overall, I’m very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them.”
