“I had a great experience with Tuscan Electric Plumbing and Heating. My HVAC capacitor went out, and they were quick to respond and get someone out to fix it. Vincent, the technician, did excellent work at a fair and reasonable price. Throughout the entire process, the communication from the Tuscan team was professional and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommend this company, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future HVAC needs.”

“Tony was very kind and professional. I would definitely call Jim Needham Heating Cooling Plumbing and Drain again!!”

“Horizon Services and Stefano were great to work. The main shutoff valve on my sprinkler system was getting hard to turn. In a tight spot in my basement that I didn’t want to deal with. Horizon was very responsive on Thumbtack and I think I had them scheduled for the next day. Stefano was on time and had the job done in just a couple of hours.”

“AE was extremely accommodating and squeezed in a thermostat change that was just above my knowledge. He set an appointment for the next day between 4 and 6 pm after he was done with a major install. He kept his appointment and did the install and even helped with the wifi setup for the thermostat. They were very easy to communicate with and kept me informed. They charged what they estimated the cost so not upsell or add ons. Refreshing!!”

“Justin was very professional and helpful. He did a great job, was knowledgeable & friendly.”
