“Booking process through Thumbtack was simple and efficient. In my problem description I mentioned the city had done some work on the lines in the street. Before coming to our door, Darion examined the recent work on the street. After entering our home he confirmed he had done so, then proceeded to ask about the concerning sound we’ve been hearing and was able to describe the sound perfectly. He explained what he thought the issue was clearly and in terms I could easily understand. We then confirmed the issue together by testing the fixtures until we could recreate the issue and confirm Darion’s theory. From there, he was able to give a clear quote and upon accepting was able to complete the job immediately because he had all tools and parts on hand.
