Yateen P. says, “Extremely professional. Explained everything in detail and completed all the work necessary. Would definitely recommend to others.”
ANGELA B. says, “Overall an outstanding experience!! Mr. Lenell was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and he had the parts with him in his truck to repair my AC right them. He did a thorough assessment of the AC unit and noted a minor item that at this time didn't need replacing. He also replaced the air filter for me, which I appreciated because my AC vent is in the ceiling and I have 14 ft ceilings that require getting on a large ladder. The price that he quoted was very reasonable. Overall, I will use Airforce One again for any HVAC issues and I will gladly refer them to my friends and family.”
Sumeet S. says, “Adrian from Edsel’s Heating and Air showed up for the appointment on time and diagnosed and resolved the issue with the AC unit quickly. His estimate of the repair charges were fair based on the time spent. Will definitely hire them again.”
Jing F. says, “Raciel was very responsive and quick to repair the furnace problem in a very cold evening. Easy communication throughout the process.”
Paolo says, “I don't often write reviews, but my experience with this HVAC company was superb. They answered my call in the middle of the night and came out the next morning for an emergency repair. The level of service, communication, and attention to detail of the technician (Cobi) was top notch. He got our malfunctioning unit working, performed needed maintenance on both our units, and explained everything he was doing and why every step of the way--as well as how I can better protect my systems going forward. I appreciated it as a first-time homeowner.”
Lauren B. says, “Quick response and got my a/c fixed same day. Would recommend”
Andrew I. says, “He does amaze work and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their fireplace. Excellent work at a great price!”
Tricia H. says, “I am a personal assistant to a family who also requires me to manage properties that they rent out. One of the tenants contacted us and notified that their house’s AC unit kept shutting off on a very hot day (hence very time sensitive for me to resolve the issue fast). I called around and contacted numerous companies on that were known for repairing air conditioners, etc. and New Generation Air rose to the occasion! They were the most thorough, responsive, and patient with our situation to the point where we will not be going to anyone else. I would highly recommend this company, as they do what they say they are going to do and integrity is hard to find in any company nowadays! Again, we will not be looking for anyone else going forward, as they earned our trust! Thank you New Generation Air, Daniel, & Angie for showing us how things should be done!”
Cheryl W. says, “Quick response to request and scheduling of service. Explained issue and outlined maintenance and repair steps. Team was quick, courteous and explained work to be done and as completed.”
Cesar Tabarini says, “I had Jay come by to do an HVAC and water heater maintenance service.I am very pleased with the service provided by Jay and his company. All StarHe was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained in detail everything that he had done and advised on what needed to be done.Again, I am quite pleased with the service and I am sure Ill be using them again.5 STARS”
