“We're very happy with our backyard remodel, it turned out amazing! Robi, our project manager, listened and understood our needs from day one. We felt in good hands throughout the project, and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The quote was good and we had no surprises, even with the few changes that we requested. Highly recommend!”

“I hired HIC builders to help me remodel a condo in Burbank. I was set up with Liz who overlooked and helped guide me through every step. We redid the flooring and modernized the bathrooms and kitchen. Liz is incredible! Always answered her phone, and really helped me every step of the way since this was all new to me. They did a phenomenal job and I could not be happier to have chosen to work with them. Thank you guys for everything!”

“We chose Ivy Contractors to turn our garage into an ADU. They were really easy to work with. In our first meeting they showed us example 3D renderings and real-life photos of what they had made for other clients. We really liked the ideas that they showed us and also the fact they were digitally-oriented, as we had already started our “vision” in 3D in Sketch-up. We gave their architect our design ideas and he turned it into drawings with all the necessary adjustments and details that they worked with our city to approve and then they continued working with the city for each inspection. The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“Highly recommended for a kitchen or bathroom remodel!”

“My bathroom remodel with Tomas turned into a really comfortable experience from the start. He paid attention to what I wanted without overcomplicating anything and kept me updated even on the little things. There were a couple small moments where something needed an adjustment, and he explained it in a simple way that made me feel calm about it. The crew moved steadily, the tile and fixtures came out clean and nice, and the whole room finally feels fresh in a way I notice every morning. Tomas made the whole process feel easy to trust, and I’m honestly really happy with how it came out.”

“They exceeded our expectations with our backyard remodeling project this month. Ken was there every day to supervise the work, he was responsible, responsive and very professional. The guys are hard working and amazing to work with.We are very satisfied with the outcome..!!”
