“We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with Built to Perfection, and the experience—and end result—were outstanding. Tom was our main point of contact and guided us through both the design and construction process with professionalism and care. One of the highlights of the project was the custom cabinetry. Tom worked closely with us to design cabinets that truly fit our space and style. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, from the layout and storage solutions to the clean finishes and hardware details. The combination of warm wood lower cabinets and the crisp white upper cabinets completely transformed the kitchen and made it both beautiful and highly functional. Our project also included addressing mold issues, which Tom and his team handled thoroughly and responsibly before moving forward. The entire remodel took about four months, and throughout that time the crew was timely, clean, and professional. Communication was consistently good, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and the level of detail that went into the custom cabinets in particular. We would absolutely recommend Tom and the Built to Perfection team to anyone considering a kitchen remodel.”

“Mike was great to work with from the initial planning through the final cleanup. Our backyard remodel included new pavers, artificial turf, a patio, and a custom planter wall. The team worked carefully and made sure the different elements looked cohesive instead of feeling like separate projects.”

“I hired HIC builders to help me remodel a condo in Burbank. I was set up with Liz who overlooked and helped guide me through every step. We redid the flooring and modernized the bathrooms and kitchen. Liz is incredible! Always answered her phone, and really helped me every step of the way since this was all new to me. They did a phenomenal job and I could not be happier to have chosen to work with them. Thank you guys for everything!”

“Golden Age Builders handled a balcony repair for me involving structural wood rot and hidden joist damage — the kind of job where you don't know how bad it really is until they open things up, which is nerve-wracking as a property owner. They got that, and it showed in how they worked. They communicated clearly on timelines, costs, and any changes along the way, so nothing came as a surprise. Their project management was solid — permits, scheduling, and daily progress were all tracked closely, and the work kept moving. When they ran into unexpected conditions once the balconies were opened up, they adapted fast without stalling the job or padding the bill. Pricing stayed reasonable throughout, and I never doubted their integrity. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with balcony or structural repair work.”

“I hired Top Family Construction for my mom since she needed a new bathroom and we ended up doing all the bathrooms in our house as well because we loved their work so much! Not only is this the best general contractor weve had in OC, the owner is a very genuine and knowledgeable guy. He answered every question, found ways for us to save money on materials, spend countless hours explaining and reassuring us which was refreshing to experience from a construction company (we havent had good experiences with other companies). Myself and my mother both recommend Top Family Construction. Theyre wonderful and well be working with them for all our future remodels.”

“I'm a bit delayed in writing this review, but only because we've been enjoying our new kitchen so much! Huge shoutout to Gal, who was our project manager and the main reason we chose to go with Tulip. He did not disappoint! We had major water damage from a leak and decided to do a complete remodel of the kitchen. We interviewed 4-5 different contractors and ultimately decided to go with Tulip. One of the things that immediately stood out when talking to them was how honest they were about what could be done in the size of kitchen we had. Our initial plan (read dreams) included an island, and Gal was one of the few contractors that was up front with us about the reality of having an island in the space we had. Although we were initially disappointed, it's clear seeing the end result that this was the right choice.Gal was very communicative and always a text message away for anything we needed. As with any home project, there were times we needed to pivot, or had tough/fast decision to make, but Gal made sure we understood what was happening, why it was happening, and the options we had. He was also quick to give advice when we didn't know exactly what to do in certain situations. We ended up being slightly over budget due to some last minute design decisions, but to be honest we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen, Tulip, Gal, and overall project timeline and cost. We will definitely be calling them for our next project!”
