“Our bathroom was old until ON Design & Remodeling renovated it, leaks and unpleasant odor, it was a general renovation that included all gypsum wall replacement, plumbing replacement, replacing old electrical wires and installing modern ceiling recess lights, modern porcelain tile on walls and floor, vanity, vanity faucets, sinks, mirrors toilet and new paint. Every day the workers arrived in the morning and finished around 4-30 pm, sometimes they even stayed a little longer when they needed to complete specific items. we talked to Raz every day about the project, what will happens in the next day, want to point out that Raz told us he was not ready to start work until we had all the finish materials in our hands, he didn’t want to waste time and working days. The whole bathroom look totally different now! We are super happy with the results and will recommend ON Design & Remodeling to anyone that looking a good quality of construction work in decent price, and most importantly to deal with polite and responsible people.”

“If youre looking for a trustworthy general contractor near me, I highly recommend Inspired Builders.”

“I interviewd SIX contracting firms, back to back, there at the house. It was enlightening to see how each reacted to the job and the high level of work, hear their different ideas for what needed to be done, and to see the final bids. One contractor seemed so overwhelmed by the project, I was really a little worried for him. Another walked out on me before even seeing the whole house! But Joey was AMAZING. During his FREE consultation (not all of them were), he was calm, kind, pleasant to chat with, optimistic and positive, and displayed so much knowledge and understanding of structrual engineering, our budget constraints, and where we needed to focus our resources. He saw issues that other contractors missed, and he was confident and resourceful about some issues that other contractors seemed to make a bigger deal out of than was warranted (my guess was to increase the bid price). Joey (and a few others) were like- "thats not a big issue- simple, cheap fix!" and Joey also explained *why* and *how*. I appreciated how he was both quick and throrough in his walk through. Other contractors either took *forever* or rushed through to where I didn't feel confident in what they were bidding on. We ended up getting an incredible "friends and family discount" sort of deal, but even still it was such a difficult decision becuase we just absolutely loved Joey and the ideas he had, and I just got a strong sense of honesty and integrity from him. Had we not been offered such an amazing deal, we ***defintely*** would have gone with Joey's company. Not only did I just like him as a person and knew I could work well with him, even from far away, his bid was very competitive (about $30,000 less than the next lowest bidder), and was by far the most thorough, detailed, and straight forward bid we received. I have no doubt he would have done an excellent great job had we hired his company. I highly recommend you contact him for your project. I am sure you will love him too!”

“Miki is an excellent manager and just generally a very nice person.”

“If you are looking to remodel your home, Nuhome is just a wonderful company.”

“their change orders were; unlike many contractors who try to nickel-and-dime you, their pricing was always on the mark. They went above and beyond the contract, even performing extra work to fix flaws in existing lighting and re-staining some cabinets that didn't match the cabinets we had replaced, on their own initiative just to make sure the final house was perfectall at no extra charge. The project was completed on time, on budget, and the quality of the work is simply outstanding.More than just a contracting firm, the owners, Gad and Yanov, are absolutely wonderful, genuine human beings. They approached our stressful situation with empathy and professionalism, bringing an end to a year-long nightmare with joy and smiles on their faces and ours. If I had more stars, I would award them a dozen. Golden State Design is the real deal.”
