“Ryan was extremely responsive and professional when we requested a quote. We have some trips coming up and are not ready to begin our bathroom remodel but will definitely be considering Olympia Construction!”

“Our experience with working with Tommer and Built to Perfection was phenomenal. Even though my husband and I adjusted our plans and fixtures several times throughout the process, they were very accommodating. The team of plumbers, electricians, and renovation contractors were very professional and respected the surrounding areas of our home. I would highly recommend BTP to anyone wanting either a massive remodel or just updating their home!”

“We were dissapointed to be told in the 11th hour that the stones we chose, and had requested in the early stages of the project and after the contract had been signed, would cost much more and delay everything by a month. We had no idea our first pick would be cost prohibitive, given we want to expand the pavers in the future. However, the pavers we ultimately chose look great and Ben was pleasant to work with all things considered.”

“The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“Ari Malka is the best contractor I have ever found. I feel so fortunate to have had him handling the work on my home. He is the only contractor I will ever use for any future project.”

“We had a really good experience working with EcoBuild Pro on our full gut and remodel, including a master bedroom and bath addition. It was a major project, but they handled everything from the initial design and engineering to the plans and construction, which made the whole process feel organized and manageable. It was a huge plus not having to coordinate between multiple companies. They stayed on budget and kept the project moving according to the milestones we agreed on. The only delays we experienced were related to city permits, which were out of their control, and they kept us informed the entire time. Their crew was also great to work with — respectful, professional, and mindful that this was our home. They showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, which made a big difference during such a large renovation. Overall, we’re really happy with how everything turned out. The finished space looks amazing, and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EcoBuild Pro to anyone looking for a contractor who can manage a project the right way.”
