“Avi and his Team did great including what was in the contract and the changes I made during the contraction.. Avi also had many insights and ideas that improved how the home renovation came out. on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend him”

“I'm a bit delayed in writing this review, but only because we've been enjoying our new kitchen so much! Huge shoutout to Gal, who was our project manager and the main reason we chose to go with Tulip. He did not disappoint! We had major water damage from a leak and decided to do a complete remodel of the kitchen. We interviewed 4-5 different contractors and ultimately decided to go with Tulip. One of the things that immediately stood out when talking to them was how honest they were about what could be done in the size of kitchen we had. Our initial plan (read dreams) included an island, and Gal was one of the few contractors that was up front with us about the reality of having an island in the space we had. Although we were initially disappointed, it's clear seeing the end result that this was the right choice.Gal was very communicative and always a text message away for anything we needed. As with any home project, there were times we needed to pivot, or had tough/fast decision to make, but Gal made sure we understood what was happening, why it was happening, and the options we had. He was also quick to give advice when we didn't know exactly what to do in certain situations. We ended up being slightly over budget due to some last minute design decisions, but to be honest we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen, Tulip, Gal, and overall project timeline and cost. We will definitely be calling them for our next project!”

“Our experience with working with Tommer and Built to Perfection was phenomenal. Even though my husband and I adjusted our plans and fixtures several times throughout the process, they were very accommodating. The team of plumbers, electricians, and renovation contractors were very professional and respected the surrounding areas of our home. I would highly recommend BTP to anyone wanting either a massive remodel or just updating their home!”

“We were dissapointed to be told in the 11th hour that the stones we chose, and had requested in the early stages of the project and after the contract had been signed, would cost much more and delay everything by a month. We had no idea our first pick would be cost prohibitive, given we want to expand the pavers in the future. However, the pavers we ultimately chose look great and Ben was pleasant to work with all things considered.”

“The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“Not only is this the best general contractor weve had in OC, the owner is a very genuine and knowledgeable guy. He answered every question, found ways for us to save money on materials, spend countless hours explaining and reassuring us which was refreshing to experience from a construction company (we havent had good experiences with other companies). Myself and my mother both recommend Top Family Construction. Theyre wonderful and well be working with them for all our future remodels.”
