“Try Built to Perfection and get a quote for your project. Great experience working with BTP and crew. Really appreciated Project Manager Tyler and his attention to detail that made everything go smoothly. Quality work from start to finish. Converted my existing small pantry space to a walk-in pantry, see before/afters. Floor tile, drywall, lighting, painting, they do it all. Crew always on time, really appreciate that. Also had some ceiling repair work done. Highly recommend and will call BTP for my next project.”

“Mike was great to work with from the initial planning through the final cleanup. Our backyard remodel included new pavers, artificial turf, a patio, and a custom planter wall. The team worked carefully and made sure the different elements looked cohesive instead of feeling like separate projects.”

“Ryan was extremely responsive and professional when we requested a quote. We have some trips coming up and are not ready to begin our bathroom remodel but will definitely be considering Olympia Construction!”

“The team came in, assessed the damage, explained the plan clearly, and handled everything — from repairs to shelving installation — like pros. In just a few days, my bedroom closet was completely transformed. It's now my favorite feature in the house. YES, I’d hire them again without hesitation!”

“We had major water damage from a leak and decided to do a complete remodel of the kitchen. We interviewed 4-5 different contractors and ultimately decided to go with Tulip. One of the things that immediately stood out when talking to them was how honest they were about what could be done in the size of kitchen we had. Our initial plan (read dreams) included an island, and Gal was one of the few contractors that was up front with us about the reality of having an island in the space we had. Although we were initially disappointed, it's clear seeing the end result that this was the right choice.Gal was very communicative and always a text message away for anything we needed. As with any home project, there were times we needed to pivot, or had tough/fast decision to make, but Gal made sure we understood what was happening, why it was happening, and the options we had. He was also quick to give advice when we didn't know exactly what to do in certain situations. We ended up being slightly over budget due to some last minute design decisions, but to be honest we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen, Tulip, Gal, and overall project timeline and cost. We will definitely be calling them for our next project!”

“I hired HIC builders to help me remodel a condo in Burbank. I was set up with Liz who overlooked and helped guide me through every step. We redid the flooring and modernized the bathrooms and kitchen. Liz is incredible! Always answered her phone, and really helped me every step of the way since this was all new to me. They did a phenomenal job and I could not be happier to have chosen to work with them. Thank you guys for everything!”
