“I was so anxious to enlarge my living room; would they show up? will they overprice? Will the quality of work satisfying? Daniel from Built To Perfection was so patient with me; he explained every step in detail and check each work done. He always answered his phone or called back very quickly. As a result, my new living room astonishes all my friends and family by the spaciousness created. There were tiny mishaps, but fixed in no time. We could tell that the teams were pro and dedicated to do their best... especially the bamboo floor duo. Amazing. Thank you Daniel!”

“We interviewed 4-5 different contractors and ultimately decided to go with Tulip. One of the things that immediately stood out when talking to them was how honest they were about what could be done in the size of kitchen we had. Our initial plan (read dreams) included an island, and Gal was one of the few contractors that was up front with us about the reality of having an island in the space we had. Although we were initially disappointed, it's clear seeing the end result that this was the right choice.Gal was very communicative and always a text message away for anything we needed. As with any home project, there were times we needed to pivot, or had tough/fast decision to make, but Gal made sure we understood what was happening, why it was happening, and the options we had. He was also quick to give advice when we didn't know exactly what to do in certain situations. We ended up being slightly over budget due to some last minute design decisions, but to be honest we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen, Tulip, Gal, and overall project timeline and cost. We will definitely be calling them for our next project!”

“I have had such terrible experiences with contractors that I prepared myself to be aggravated. Not only was I not aggravated I am pleased. We put in pavers and a putting green. It went so well that we are now going to remodel our kitchen with Ben and Urban Green Remodeling.”

“Construction progressed smoothly, and the additional space now allows better accommodation during busy hours.”

“We chose Ivy Contractors to turn our garage into an ADU. They were really easy to work with. In our first meeting they showed us example 3D renderings and real-life photos of what they had made for other clients. We really liked the ideas that they showed us and also the fact they were digitally-oriented, as we had already started our “vision” in 3D in Sketch-up. We gave their architect our design ideas and he turned it into drawings with all the necessary adjustments and details that they worked with our city to approve and then they continued working with the city for each inspection. The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“After a long research without feeling comfortable using one of the contractors we interviewed, we found Revive Renovations on Thumbtack and we scheduled a free consultation at our house. A project manager arrived and we felt the difference right away! We felt the knowledge the professionalism and most important we felt safe to let them be the ones who gonna redo our house! The work was clean, fast, handled and managed above our expectations. we will forever use and recommend this company!”
