“We were dissapointed to be told in the 11th hour that the stones we chose, and had requested in the early stages of the project and after the contract had been signed, would cost much more and delay everything by a month. We had no idea our first pick would be cost prohibitive, given we want to expand the pavers in the future. However, the pavers we ultimately chose look great and Ben was pleasant to work with all things considered.”

“Our experience with working with Tommer and Built to Perfection was phenomenal. Even though my husband and I adjusted our plans and fixtures several times throughout the process, they were very accommodating. The team of plumbers, electricians, and renovation contractors were very professional and respected the surrounding areas of our home. I would highly recommend BTP to anyone wanting either a massive remodel or just updating their home!”

“The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“Evan Beattie came by to my home to examine two retaining walls and a drainage issue. ”

“Nathan is an exceptional contractor whose quality of work truly went above and beyond my expectations. From the very beginning, he demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and a genuine commitment to ensuring that the project was completed to the highest standard. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, offering a clear breakdown of the materials, labor, and, most importantly, the reasoning behind each cost. This level of transparency made me feel confident that I was making informed decisions throughout the project. What sets Nathan apart is his ability to listen and understand exactly what I wanted. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the work, and the final result exceeded anything I could have imagined.”
