“We had an outstanding experience working with On Design & Remodeling on a major home renovation, and we truly cant recommend them enough. Our original project included converting a backyard deck into a beautiful, enclosed office connected to our master bedroom, a kitchen update, and full remodels of two bathrooms. From the start, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication. The quotes were competitive, any change orders we requested were reasonable, and we were never hit with unexpected "gotcha" costs, which allowed us to manage the remodel budget effectively. We also want to give a special thank you to the design team. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process by providing thoughtful feedback, making great suggestions, and even accompanying us to design showrooms to help select materials. Their guidance made a huge difference in bringing everything together in a way that felt both cohesive and personalized. What really set On Design apart, though, was their care for our day-to-day living situation. We were living in the home during construction (and expecting our first child), and the entire team was incredibly respectful, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout the process. They carefully planned the project around which spaces we needed access to and when, making what could have been a stressful experience feel very manageable.Because of how great the experience was, we even expanded the project mid-way to include enclosing and insulating the garage, adding a ceiling, and reworking a wall to create a much more functional laundry closet. The quality and communication stayed top-notch throughout. One moment that really stuck with usMartin (crewmember) even wished us well as we were heading to the hospital for the birth of our baby!A huge thank you to project managers Raz and Sofia for keeping everything organized and on track, and to foremen Vicente and Sergio and the entire crew for their craftsmanship and kindness. They truly felt like partners in the process. We would absolutely work with On Design & Remodeling again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely caring team.”

“We appreciated how they walked us through every phase of the project before installation began, and they were respectful of our home throughout the entire process. They were collaborative partners, highly responsive to communication and questions, and very transparent with the work. We love our newly remodeled bathroom.”

“Everyone on the team was respectful of our home, communicated well throughout the project, and was always willing to answer questions and address any concerns along the way. A remodel is never a small undertaking, but the finished product was well worth it. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a team that truly cares about the final result. Thank you, Casa Utopia, for giving us the kitchen we’ve always dreamed of!”

“We hired Bark & Build Builders for a 1,100 sqft second story addition, full home remodel, and backyard renovation. It was a big project, and honestly we were nervous before starting, but the entire process went much smoother than we expected.Mike, the project manager, kept everything organized and always made sure we understood the next steps. Valentina the designer helped us create a layout and finishes that made the whole house feel modern and connected. Carlos and his team worked hard every day and the quality of the work really shows in the final result. What we appreciated most was that they cared not only about how the house looks, but also about doing the work properly behind the walls and making everything feel solid and well built. My advice for anyone reading this review is not to choose a contractor based only on the lowest price. Communication, planning, and good management make a huge difference on projects this size. We are very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Bark & Build Builders. 5 stars.”

“I met with Joey for my Home Extension process and he was a pleasure to work with. He was super helpful and educated me with so much info on the whole process. He was very professional and patient with my decision making process. He also took to his other project construction site to share the info on the project for me to get a better idea of the quality of this work”

“We recommend them for any home remodeling.”
