“We hired ON Design to do some work replacing some termite-damaged framing and flooring in our older home. Beginning with the consultation, the team had excellent communication and were able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Once we started the project, the communication remained excellent, with our project manager giving us daily updates on the crew's progress. The crew was fantastic, working quickly and efficiently. We're very happy with the work and that they were able to finish the project within the estimated timeline. We will definitely work with them again for our future projects, and highly recommend them.”

“Inspired Builders did a great job with our garage renovation. We had a completely unfinished garage that the team was able to transform into a completely new room! It was so easy to work with David and the team — they really brought our vision to life meeting both our timing and budget expectations. We’re so excited to get to use our new, functional space and would recommend David and the team for full garage remodels.”

“We had an excellent experience with Casa Utopia and with Elior as our general contractor for our major home remodel. Our remodel was complex with multiple phases. We made a lot of changes and a lot of additional work from the original scope.1. We can now say with confidence that Elior is a very honest person. This is a very important trait for remodeling. A trustworthy contractor is essential.2. Our remodel was complex and we added on many additional items after the work had begun. Elior was very accommodating with the changes. As a matter of fact, some of the changes which we liked were Eliors suggestions based on his experience.Overall, Elior is an honest, trustworthy and very accommodating general contractor. We are extremely happy having worked with him on a complex home remodeling project and highly recommend Elior.”

“We had major water damage from a leak and decided to do a complete remodel of the kitchen. We interviewed 4-5 different contractors and ultimately decided to go with Tulip. One of the things that immediately stood out when talking to them was how honest they were about what could be done in the size of kitchen we had. Our initial plan (read dreams) included an island, and Gal was one of the few contractors that was up front with us about the reality of having an island in the space we had. Although we were initially disappointed, it's clear seeing the end result that this was the right choice.Gal was very communicative and always a text message away for anything we needed. As with any home project, there were times we needed to pivot, or had tough/fast decision to make, but Gal made sure we understood what was happening, why it was happening, and the options we had. He was also quick to give advice when we didn't know exactly what to do in certain situations. We ended up being slightly over budget due to some last minute design decisions, but to be honest we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen, Tulip, Gal, and overall project timeline and cost. We will definitely be calling them for our next project!”

“We found him on thumbtack because we noticed water damage on the Sheetrock next to the old shower. Sure enough after demo-ing the old tile we found out that the last installers did not put in proper water proofing. We re-used most of our plumbing and cabinet”

“We hired Atlas for tenant improvements in Palo Altospecifically adding a room, plumbing, electric, and handling all permitting through fire and final inspections. Our Project Manager, Romando, was fantastic. He was on-site almost every day and sent us daily WhatsApp updates with pictures, so we always knew the status. They completed the entire project in just 6 weeks (a very tight timeline) and came in at nearly half the cost of the 4 other GCs we quoted. I highly recommend Atlas and their dedicated team for all commercial TI projects.”
