“We hired a2z builders to add a 3/4 bathroom to our 1900 home, and we managed the entire project from out of state. They made that surprisingly easy. The team helped us with selections, gave us timely updates, and checked in with us before any change or decision. Adam, one of our project managers, was a pleasure to work with: responsive, organized, and easy to communicate with. The finished bathroom looks great, and the craftsmanship shows. They also went above and beyond at the end. When the adjoining dining room needed some paint and trim work to tie everything together, they took care of it on their own because they wanted the finished result to be right. That saved us a long drive and a weekend of DIY. An old house always comes with surprises, and they handled every one professionally. We’d recommend them without hesitation.”

“Michael responded immediately to my inquiry. We scheduled a site visit to discuss a master bath remodel and within 48 hours I had an amazing, well-thought-out design. I highly recommend Innate Design for all your architectural and construction needs.”

“Curry at Woodhaven Custom Builders framed an addition for us and the work was top quality and ready for the next trade. He explained the load path and the changes we asked for mid-project without acting like it was a problem. The price matched what we agreed to, and he did not bury extras in vague change orders. Communication was clear from the first walkthrough through the final punch list. This is the kind of carpenter you want running a custom job”

“We had an excellent experience working with Superior Construction on a full remodel of our condo. From day one, their professionalism, knowledge, and communication set them apart from other contractors weve worked with in the past. The project stayed on schedule, which is rare in renovations, especially for a full remodel. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. When changes came up, the change order process was more than reasonable and handled fairly and transparently. What really stood out was how they dealt with surprises. Instead of being the classic general contractor who looks for every opportunity to issue a change order, Superior Construction handled unexpected items without nickel and diming us. They were solution-oriented, honest, and focused on doing the job right rather than padding the bill. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and the quality of the finished product speaks for itself. The remodel was completed on time, and the end result exceeded our expectations. If youre looking for a general contractor who is reliable, fair, and truly professional. especially for a condo remodel, I would highly recommend Superior Construction.”
