“He came over a couple of days later to once again go over the contract and a date was agreed upon for the work to start. The outside walls of the room are to be replaced with walls that contain a moisture barrier, R15 insulation and green board for the walls. The floor is to be leveled, a moisture barrier installed and a vinyl floor installed. We are very happy with our experience to date Frank was very genial and professional.”

I was able to get a few estimates and ended up going with Baldur Development Group. They completed the job for me. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the Job was done in a timely manner, Rooms looked gorgeous after it was completed. Just the way I wanted it. I would definitely use their services again and would also recommend to others.”
