“He came over a couple of days later to once again go over the contract and a date was agreed upon for the work to start. The outside walls of the room are to be replaced with walls that contain a moisture barrier, R15 insulation and green board for the walls. The floor is to be leveled, a moisture barrier installed and a vinyl floor installed. We are very happy with our experience to date Frank was very genial and professional.”

“I recently hired Urban Edge Construction for a bathroom remodel, specifically for a shower installation and tiling work, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding—everything looks clean, modern, and built to last. The tiling was done with precision, and the overall finish exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in their craft. I highly recommend Urban Edge Construction to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality remodeling work. I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again for future projects.”

“We hired Kevin after discovering mold in our home, and what started as an overwhelming and stressful situation turned into one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the moment he stepped in, his attention to detail and craftsmanship set him apart. He not only handled the remodel with care, but completely transformed our space—retiling both bathrooms, painting, replacing all our floors, and even building a custom dog crate under the stairs that looks like it belongs in a magazine. Watching the remodel unfold left me feeling grateful, safe, and excited to be back in a home that now feels even better than before. Kevin kept to the timeline he promised and was professional every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond—whether for remodeling or custom carpentry—Kevin is the one to call.”
