“I cannot say enough about the Lumi team! They literally saved us from the nightmare left behind from a crooked contractor. From the beginning to the end, all went smoothly. We hired Lumi to finish our basement. I was impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and the time spent working through a few difficulties left behind from the previous contractor. This team worked from sun up to sun down, literally. To our surprise, they even showed up on thanksgiving weekend! They cleaned up every evening before leaving the property leaving everything swept up and tidy as best as possible. I wish I could rate the Lumi team a 10 because a 5 does not do this team justice. The Lumi team was AMAZING! I look forward to hiring Lumi for our future home projects.”

“Signature Series Construction delivered outstanding performance for our major home renovation. From dumpster delivery to final powerwashing, Rob Zeuli, personable and professional, orchestrated a masterful execution of our vision while contributing his own enhancements to design and detail. Good communication; timely arrival of crews and supplies; close management of materials, demo debris, and daily cleanup at end of day; excellent sub-contractors; and innovative solutions to challenges discovered along the way have yielded a finished product which is a work of art. We could not be more pleased. Joe B.”

“Great contractor! Easy process and great professional help. I will post pictures when I complete the painting and glass doors are installed!”

“His flexibility to get his team onsite to pick up and move the job forward was very much appreciated. His quality was great and the subs were great too.”

“Plan Ahead Construction, led by Marcos Nascimento is a first-class home improvement company. Marcos is an outstanding carpenter, a loyal person, and he carries tremendous integrity. Marcos single handily completed all the finish carpentry during the restoration of my 2,200 SF 18th century New Englander styled home in Portsmouth, NH. The work included custom carpentry and installation of new window and door casings, installation of 85 vintage rosettes, new window sills and aprons for 20 windows. In addition, he was able to match the 10" "period" baseboard trim to a "T" and the accompanying 18th century trim tops. His work is beautiful. Marcos arrived every day at 8:00 AM and worked until 6 PM (sometimes later). He worked quietly and showed respect for my home and family. His dedication to quality workmanship and world class customer service is unmatched. If you are considering his service, I highly recommend Marcos and his company Plan Ahead Construction.Tim KPortsmouth, NH”
