Ian C. says, “We hired Maitland Builders to rebuild our deck — a big project with an elevated deck, a pool surround, cable railing, and a finished enclosure underneath. The finished result looks fantastic: clean lines, great trim work, and a cable railing that really makes it. Daniel, Vinny and the team were responsive, easy to communicate with, and accommodating of changes throughout. We're really happy with how the space turned out and are looking forward to using it. Would recommend.”
Paul S. says, “Rob and Nate did such a great job on my custom garage. Staying patient with my changes and offering their own recommendations, kept the project going forward smoothly.
If your lucky enough to get to hire this group of people you will not regret it.
They are outstanding character people who worked hard and completed every task with sound experience, professionalism but most enjoyable was their good nature.
They were friendly, passionate about the
details and managed the job site flawlessly each and every day.
I could not be happier and found myself to be quite fortunate in coming across such honorable people, who took on my project as if it were their own.”
David B. says, “His flexibility to get his team onsite to pick up and move the job forward was very much appreciated. His quality was great and the subs were great too.”

Tim Keaveney says, “Plan Ahead Construction, led by Marcos Nascimento is a first-class home improvement company. Marcos is an outstanding carpenter, a loyal person, and he carries tremendous integrity. Marcos single handily completed all the finish carpentry during the restoration of my 2,200 SF 18th century New Englander styled home in Portsmouth, NH. The work included custom carpentry and installation of new window and door casings, installation of 85 vintage rosettes, new window sills and aprons for 20 windows. In addition, he was able to match the 10" "period" baseboard trim to a "T" and the accompanying 18th century trim tops. His work is beautiful. Marcos arrived every day at 8:00 AM and worked until 6 PM (sometimes later). He worked quietly and showed respect for my home and family. His dedication to quality workmanship and world class customer service is unmatched. If you are considering his service, I highly recommend Marcos and his company Plan Ahead Construction.Tim KPortsmouth, NH”
Joe P. says, “Today it seems harder and harder to hire a reliable contractor for small home projects.
After speaking to a number of contractors I hired Sam. He is reliable, dependable and easy to deal with. His carpentry skills are excellent, he did a terrific job and exceeded my expectations. He is willing to take on other tasks other than carpentry such as painting, tile work, etc. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends. I can’t say enough about Sam and will definitely call on him in the future.”

Allison G. says, “Vallerand Builders have earned my trust and I will definitely be saving their number for my next deck project summer 2026!!
Thank you so much Vallerand for building my shed!!! 🤗”
Minh T. says, “I hired Amr/Quantum Leap for house renovation in Greater Boston in 2023/2024 that involved adding central air, adding a third bathroom, renovating bathrooms, knocking down a wall, kitchen island renovation and turning a staircase into a mudroom. Among all the quotes we collected, Amr's was reasonable and in line with what others have quoted, but we were impressed by his professionalism and how easy it was to work with him, talk to him etc. After signing the contract, communication was mostly done via WhatsApp, where he shared pictures regularly (as we were not living in the Boston area at that time).
The project was mostly on time. It was only slightly over budget because we failed a few inspections requiring redoing some things, but I think that's just a hit or mess with the inspector. Throughout the project, we were always happy and satisfied with his work. If we weren’t, he and his team never hesitated to make changes to address any issues. I never felt bad for asking to make changes - they happily obliged.
We also asked for additional work that was not part of the original contract, and Amr was able to give us quotes. Sometimes we were able to find cheaper quotes elsewhere and went with others (and Amr had no problem with this), but most of the time we just stuck with Amr, just because of how easy it was to work with him.
Overall, I highly recommend Amr and Quantum Leap Construction and will definitely consider them again for future changes.”
