“In addition to the kitchen renovations, there was some other work with the house that needed to be done which I asked them about along the way, which they happily agreed to do (exterior siding re-installed, demo and leveling of the floor in preparation for flooring installation and a large window replacement due to a crack along the entire seal.) The VMR Custom (Vlad, Mike, Russ and all of their sub-contractors,) are a wonderful team and very pleasant to work with. With the much needed work that goes into any home renovation, I will continue to contact VMR Custom to get the job done. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly and honest in the work that they provide with outstanding workmanship and very skilled and talented in what they do. I highly recommend them to do any house project that you are considering!”

“We had Elite Team Builders install fiber cement siding on our home in Ridgefield and couldn't be more pleased. They expertly combined James Hardie planks with board-and-batten accents for a gorgeous mixed materials look. The rainscreen system they put behind everything ensures our walls stay dry through the wet Pacific Northwest winters. This remodeling company knows what they're doing.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the work that Casey and his team did on my fireplace area! From the beginning, Casey invested a significant amount of time to provide an accurate estimate, which I greatly appreciated. The entire team he brought on board was fantastic, and their professionalism made the process smooth and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with Casey's attention to detail; he truly ensured that the final result exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely hire Octopus Project Management for future home projects as they arise. Highly recommend!”

“Previous contractor demolished the bathroom and then tripled the original estimate and said it would take an additional 3 weeks to complete the work. Mike came out and looked at mess and was very helpful & accommodating with the rushed timeline. I met Mike yesterday, the crew came out this morning and 8 hours later my bathroom was complete. ELM Construction Thank you so much for your amazing work! I will definitely be using ELM Construction for my future projects.”

“Quality Remodeling & Construction did an excellent job totally remodeling an upstairs bathroom at our condo at a very competitive price. The owner stayed fully involved from start to finish and was always very responsive to needs. The contractors who performed the work always produced excellent results. We would highly recommend QR&C to anyone needing remodeling work done.”

“We had a great experience with Be Home Remodeling on a kitchen expansion project in Moraga. Tomer was honest, professional, and quick to respond to questions. He suggested opening a wall between the kitchen and dining room, which completely changed how we use the space. The team handled everythingdemo, framing, plumbing, electricaland coordinated inspections perfectly. The finishes look amazing and everything works just as it should. Its like we got a new home without moving. Weve already told several friends about them, and well be using them again when we remodel the master bath next year.”
