“Roberto and his crew did an amazing job with the full replacement of my siding, window casings, faccia boards and soffit as well as adding sheathing to my house. My priorities at the time of looking for a contractor was to find someone knowledgeable, transparent and easy to work with which, I found with Alvarez Construction. From the beginning of the job, he assessed the job and gave me different alternatives based on his experience. He kept me informed as they progressed and informed me asap if he found any issues that needed to be addressed. Last but not least, I loved the attention to detail that he had during the process and it shows in the end product. I'd recommend them for anything siding related!”

“Excellent roof repair service! The crew was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly before starting the work. My roof looks great and no more leaks!”

“I was told I needed new soffit by another company. I called them for a second opinion. They came out, inspected it and were honest that I didn't, but needed it sealed. The job was done efficiently on the next possible business day.”

“I cannot recommend Beyond Roofing enough. We had them redo our terrace flat roof and they did a great job. They took the time to listen to our concerns and made sure we were satisfied with their work. Austin and Arturo were extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. If you need a roof repair or redo, look no further. We will be recommending them to anyone we know with roofing needs. I have never dealt with a more professional and honest company.”

“They did my roof in three days and it looks great. I would highly recommend this company.”

“I had several leaks around the skylights on my patio roof. Rafael gave me a fair quote to repair the leak and replace any decking, shingles etc as well as performing overall roof maintenance including resealing all penetrations. They were able to get me scheduled in two days and completed the work in one day. They did a great job and did everything as contracted.”
