“Raven Property Services did an excellent job with my roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and roof repair. They were professional, responsive, and communicated throughout the entire process. When they realized they needed additional hardware to complete the repair, they immediately got the right materials and returned to finish the job the same day. They also provided before-and-after photos. I really appreciate their responsibility and attention to detail. Highly recommend!”

“Our gutters had a lot of strange, small leaks all over the place, and we couldn't figure out why. Anton found the issue in two minutes and proceeded to repair it right away. The job was finished in an hour, and we are very pleased with the results.”

“Lev Construction did a great job repairing my wood siding after bird damage. They also stained the siding, noticed my gutters needed cleaning, and took care of that as well. The team communicated clearly, completed the work on time, and charged a reasonable price. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would recommend Lev Construction to others.”

“I called for a repair as I had a leak, the roof was in bad shape, but they came out and tarped my largest concern which kept the rain out while I waited for installation.Installation went well, was surprised by the state of the plywood and required most of it to be replaced. We dont have easy attic access so we were warned it could happen, and told the price per sheet. The fixed the non-venting vents in the bathrooms and kitchen which probably lead to the rotted plywood. It looks good and we are very satisfied. All pricing was disclosed up front, so there were no real surprises. Id definitely work with them again.”

“He does a variety of services: roofing, siding, gutters, painting, drywall, flooring, fences, window cleaning, and house cleaning!”
