“OLED flat panel, a new, properly situated wall-mounted surround sound system, and fixing/capping/repairing/painting the drywall damage from the original install. Setting things up was easy - just a phone call followed by some text back n forth with pictures and spec confirmation — and finally a start date after the deposit was accepted. The crew showed up on time and did great work. It turned out to be a 2-day project (my fault, I didn’t realize my rear wall mounted speakers didn’t come with mounting brackets - so they came back once the addt’l hardware had been delivered and buried the rear cabling and installed/aimed the new speakers) Everything was neat and clean when they finished, my AV cabinet was left in a super organized manner, with everything neatly zip tied down. They even spent some time making sure all of the equipment worked properly and ensuring I knew how to work my new entertainment system as well as giving me suggestions on how to execute my future plans (like replacing a dead Logitech harmony remote system etc) While SWAT wasn’t the cheapest of the quotes I got through thumbtack, I still feel that I got great value through them in terms of the work quality, responsiveness, and professionalism. Definitely would use them again for future AV projects.”
