Alyssa Williams says, “swamp coolers. Mariano called me the next day and asked how old the unit is (10 years) but not what type of system or any other questions. He laughed at me and said swamp coolers don't work well and he could only quote me for a whole new AC system. I called another company who came out, tweaked the water line and float valve, and now we have a 25+ degree differential (its cooling our house to 76 when its over 100 out). I am sure their work on ACs is great!”
Jan Garrido says, “Warm Welcome is truly and understatement when it comes to this company! Our water heater went out over a month ago, so we have not had hot water, I have health issues and just didnt know where to turn to as this was a very expensive repair that we were not prepared for. Ty and his wife reached out to me and offered to Gift us a Water Heater. Im in tears as I write this review, to know that there are still good people in this world with compassion and kindness that Ty showed to our Family. He also came and personally installed our water heater and did a wonderful job, which I thought was so kind of him to offer to do it himself. He went above and beyond to take good care of us! Ty and Warm Welcome, We will never be able to express how grateful we are! Thank you so very much with all our hearts! We highly recommend this company, they are truly incredible and every staff member I came into contact with! You will not regret it! Thanks again Ty!!”
Kelly A. says, “Tony was very kind and professional. I would definitely call Jim Needham Heating Cooling Plumbing and Drain again!!”
Quinn D. says, “Jose is the man. Our AC stopped cooling and it turned out that our unit outside had sprung a leak in the coils. Jose was able to carefully repair the leak and got our whole house cool again. While doing this, he taught me lots about our unit and how to run it optimally for our house, was very easy to talk to, and was not pushy at all. Honestly, we hit the jackpot with Jose having availability on such short notice. Hire this man.”
Courtney Padelsky says, “Andy was very respectful and courteous. Detail-oriented and determined to help us resolve the clogged line. Very informative and insightful about what concerns he noticed and made reasonable recommendations.”
Nina C. says, “The response time was rapid and phenomenal. David was great at diagnosing the problem with my AC unit. He was very transparent with everything and gave me all my options. I chose to repair and mitigate my unit, which he worked very hard to make sure it had all the necessary repairs to extend the lifetime of the unit. Great prices for quality work!!!!”
