“Responsive to call furnace was locked out and holding between 49-51. Same day service appreciated and I also requested duct and vent clean out to eliminate variable of blocked air flow, as cause of HVAC issue. All duct and vent clean out work was done thoroughly and the photos provided were appreciated. Furnace diagnosis punch list was unclear. HVAC seemed resolved however, issue continued, and my senior associates’ HVAC found it to be dirty flame sensor the next 1-2 days into additional troubleshooting. Polite, professional and responsive.”
