“My only negative is that towards the end of his visit he cleaned out my dryer duct but he only disconnected it and shook the dirt out. I thought and would had liked him to use his vacuum to completely clean out the duct from the wall connection and all the way in the dryer. But the positives out way this one negative.”

“I’ve used DNA twice now and they do awesome work, they look at everything to make sure they do everything they can, super good company I would definitely recommend them”

“Josh was professional and knowledgeable. He was very patient in answering questions and explaining what was wrong. Would highly recommend.”

“Honest assessment of my current systems, reviewing options, selecting new systems that address my issues and needs (humidity control), professional install, being patient and answering all of my questions, going the extra mile to make sure everything was set up properly, navigating unexpected challenges (existing wiring), etc.I ended up going with two 18.2 SEER communicating systems and I am glad I stepped up to better equipment. It's easy to want to save money on a large expense, but when you're talking about systems that control the comfort of your home - don't make the choice based on short term decision making...think bigger picture and long term.Highly recommend the Gary Air team!”

“Tristan came out for a bathroom vent quote. Very personable, explained the situation clearly for the proposed work, and provided rationale for the pricing all within the framework of providing the right long term solution. I can see why these guys have all five-star reviews and look forward to working together.”

“Excellent work! Guys were thorough and professional. Will use again.”
