Nam Nguyen says, “I would recommend his service when having hvac problems. He answered all the questions that I had and was thorough throughout the whole process.”
KrisAnne E. says, “Jon came to fix a leak on my kitchen sink. He found the issue right away and did the repair. I also asked him to take a look at my 2 toilets that I was having issues with. He gave me a quote for repair and for buying new. I was pleased with his work and his knowledge.”
Tammie Hanson says, “With this situation being resolved, I would recommend this company at this point. Again, I appreciate when a company can own its mistakes and make things right with the customer.Outrageous price of $2300 (and this was after some $ was taken off the original total) for 2 inexpensive parts, less than $300, and less than 2 hours of labor for a plumbing issue. We were NOT presented with the estimate ahead of the work being done. If we would have been we would not have gone ahead with the work. The tech completed the work THEN came in with the price and asked for payment and electronic signatures on a device for work being completed as he put it and for our credit card payment, we still had not seen an estimate or invoice. I had to ask for it so we could understand the extremely high pricing. I will admit that it was our bad for giving payment and signing anything without reading it but we were just caught off guard by the whole situation. After he left I looked at the email sent with the paperwork and saw at the bottom that it was supposed to have been an ESTIMATE/invoice which was concerning. I then called their office right away to understand this and no one was able to help right away so I sent the email as well and finally received an email with excuses. If I had known the price ahead AND signed off on it I would not be questioning this company. Also, be aware there are MANY fees attached to their pricing: ex. Fuel charges, dispatch fee (ours was $450 not listed on their website), service fee, admin costs, the list goes on. This company has good google reviews (which I now believe are false reviews or the negative ones are buried) which is why I used them but if you dig a little deeper and filter lowest ratings first on the platforms you will find many negative reviews regarding this company, I figured this out after the fact. I see that many of BWS responses to the negative reviews suggest you call their office to resolve, Good luck getting a phone call back or any resolution. They are completely taking advantage of their customers. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.”

He even talked through future ideas to update without pushing any unnecessary purchases. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, you won't regret it!”
Vernessa K. says, “It was refreshing to see somone truly enjoy his work. He answered all of my questions and his price was very reasonable. Even though my AC unit is 33 years, he was able to repair it and did not skip ahead to selling a new one.”
Tara White says, “I called around to several other companies, and everyone else was booked out later into the next day, so I was really thankful he made time for me.One thing I really appreciated was how fair he was right from the start. The service call was $100, but if it turned out no repairs were needed, he wouldnt charge me anything. That gave me a lot of confidence because it showed he wasnt just looking to make a quick buck.He showed up right on time (actually a little early!), went straight to my AC unit, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. After replacing the part, he came inside to make sure everything was cooling properly and confirmed the system was working perfectly. We also talked about eventually replacing my older unit, and I really appreciated his honesty. There was no pressure at alljust straightforward advice, fair pricing, and information to help me make the best decision when the time comes. Its hard to find people who are honest, dependable, and reasonably priced these days, and thats exactly what I found with Optimal Heating & Cooling. I love supporting local businesses, especially ones that truly take care of their customers.Ill definitely be calling them again for any future heating or cooling needs, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest service at a fair price.”
Deontray W. says, “called and did much more than just provide a quote, he fixed my failed fireplace that hasn’t been working for a few years for $1500 cheaper than another company quoted me to fix the wrong part. Super professional and honest and great price. Thanks again!”
Harrison Easton says, “Killian and Joe were pros installing my ducted kitchen hood. There were a few roadblocks that they appropriately found alternatives to complete the job.”
Brian K. says, “Big shoutout to the crew at Level Up Remodeling! They were fun to have in my home while they worked on my bathroom. Friendly and respectful of my time. They showed up exactly when they said they would, which I truly appreciated. They’ve earned a lifelong customer for any and all home repairs!”
