“They were very fast and getting back to me and their price estimate was reasonable and the same as other professional heating and air conditioning system repair services on Thumbtack. Unfortunately, I already committed to another business, but I am impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism from this business, and I would highly recommend you use them.”

“Hands down these guys saved the day. We had a bit of an emergency and John was able to get to us quickly and solve the problem he will definitely be replacing our air conditioner, this spring! Thank you Degree!”

“Emi was an exceptional communicator. He explained everything very well about our HVAC issues. We have never signed up for maintenance before but after working with Emi we are. We had 3 units and lots of issues.”

“5 Star Charleston gets 5 stars! Prompt, professional and got us cool air at a competitive price.”

“Primal provided us with exceptional service. Before they came we had an estimate for twice what they charged us. They were extremely professional and our air conditioner works better than it ever has. They fully explained what was wrong with the unit and provided service the next day. We lived in a hot, uncomfortable house for more than a week, so I can't tell you how thankful we are for a cool, comfortable house. We are happy with the quality of the service and would highly recommend them.”

“These guys were great. Had several other techs suggest a new unit. The guys from HVAC Experts advised w just a little “elbow grease”, should be able to get another 4-6 yrs out of existing unit. Definitely recommend.”
