“From home remodeling to plumbing, electrical work, and various handyman tasks, the quality and professionalism have been consistently excellent. He is extremely trustworthy, honest, and thorough in his work. Every project was completed with great attention to detail, and he took the time to explain what was being done and whysomething I really appreciated. He stands behind his work, follows up promptly, and makes sure everything is done right. On top of that, his pricing is the most competitive, honestly the best rates Ive found in SLC without compromising quality. Its rare to find someone who combines skill, integrity, reliability, and best pricing all in one.If youre looking for a general contractor you can truly rely on for remodeling, plumbing, electrical, or general handyman work, I highly recommend Amir and his company, Top Creative Construction. I will absolutely continue using his services and wholeheartedly recommend Amir and Top Creative Construction.”

“The drywall in our basement looks fantastic. We’re already planning to use them for another project.”

“We had them remodel our exterior stairs. They did an amazing job throughout every step of the project. Any questions or concerns that we had during the project they made sure to answer before continuing. Overall a great experience.”

“*** Update **** Doug came back and put the fascia back on, sanded and stained the posts, and adjusted the one wonky post to be more flush with the top of the deck. It took a while for him to come back but he finished the job nicely. We hired Doug to make some modifications to our existing deck. At the initial visit, he pointed out that the fascia had the wrong type of screws and even texted me a specific note about it. When he returned to do the work, he removed the fascia and redid the posts—but said he ran out of time and forgot to bring the correct screws. He also spent a significant amount of time during both visits criticizing our builder and landscaper, which felt unprofessional. Doug told us he’d come back to fix a post that is now visibly off-center and to reattach the fascia. That was six weeks ago. Since then, we’ve followed up multiple times but haven’t been able to get a response, and the job remains unfinished.”

“This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor! The fence is beautiful! I could not be more satisfied.”
