“This contractor is the best. I've worked with AJ on two projects and my wife and I have been so happy with their work. Reasonable prices and trustworthy crew. Any new projects in my home will go to this company.”

“We chose Ivy Contractors to turn our garage into an ADU. They were really easy to work with. In our first meeting they showed us example 3D renderings and real-life photos of what they had made for other clients. We really liked the ideas that they showed us and also the fact they were digitally-oriented, as we had already started our “vision” in 3D in Sketch-up. We gave their architect our design ideas and he turned it into drawings with all the necessary adjustments and details that they worked with our city to approve and then they continued working with the city for each inspection. The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“Wowwhere do I even begin? We cannot say enough wonderful things about Josef and his company, New Vision Builders! This is not our first remodel or our first experience working with contractors, so we feel very confident saying that New Vision Builders truly exceeded our expectations. We received more than four different quotes for our project, and Josef stood out from the very beginning. He was the most prompt in responding, incredibly quick to return our calls and texts, and had such a warm and inviting personality. That level of communication and professionalism was extremely important to us.Once we signed the contract, we were told the driveway would take approximately two weeks, and they delivered exactly as promised. The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 AM each morning and worked diligently throughout the project. What really impressed us was how respectful they were of our home. At the end of each day, they made sure their tools and materials were put away and left the area as neat and clean as possiblewhich is no easy task when youre doing construction!Whenever questions came up, we could reach out to Josef and he was always quick to respond. His communication throughout the entire process gave us tremendous peace of mind. We also have to give a special shout-out to his foreman, Edgar, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire process even smoother.New Vision Builders completely transformed our driveway. They demolished and removed the existing concrete, repaved the driveway, installed a sump pump, and added beautiful lighting. The finished product is absolutely stunning. We honestly cannot believe the differenceit looks even better than we imagined! We will absolutely be using New Vision Builders again when we tackle our front yard project. If youre looking for a contractor who is reliable, communicative, professional, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work, we cannot recommend Josef and his team highly enough.Thank you, Josef, Edgar, and the entire New Vision Builders team, for making this project such a wonderful experience. We couldnt be happier with our new driveway!”

“A jungle was removed very well. Will contact him for further services. There is much I want to do.”

“We hired Greenwise Builders for our backyard, and were really happy with how everything turned out. The whole process was smooth, they were easy to work with, and the crew paid attention to the little details. The turf, pavers, and overall layout came out exactly how we pictured it.They always kept us updated, answered our questions, and left the place clean at the end of each day. Its hard to find contractors who actually do what they say, and these guys did. Wed definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their yard.Thank you!!!”
