ANTHUAN ERICK STEVE MIRANDA CARRASCO says, “We appreciated how carefully the crew worked around the existing landscape and property. They took their time with the details instead of rushing through the job. The final result is both functional and attractive, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the construction.”
Caitlin D. says, “What stood out most was their eye for design and overall quality. Gilad was thoughtful about materials and how everything would come together, which made a big difference. The end result feels cohesive and elevated rather than pieced together — much more polished than where we started (for example, the backsplash match to our countertops came out spot on).
The work itself was consistently high quality, and the process was straightforward and easy throughout. We got exceptional value out of this service, well above what we paid.
At this point, anything we’ve wanted to do to the house, Oria has been able to take on. We’ve already brought them back for home networking and plan to keep working with them on future projects.”
Karla Cervantes says, “So happy I went with Terraview Landscaping Manny is very professional, hardworking, and really takes pride in what he does. They showed up ready to work and treated my space like it was his own. Reliable, easy to work with, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend!”

Elizabeth V. says, “We gave their architect our design ideas and he turned it into drawings with all the necessary adjustments and details that they worked with our city to approve and then they continued working with the city for each inspection. The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””
Maxine Pintado says, “Wowwhere do I even begin? We cannot say enough wonderful things about Josef and his company, New Vision Builders! This is not our first remodel or our first experience working with contractors, so we feel very confident saying that New Vision Builders truly exceeded our expectations. We received more than four different quotes for our project, and Josef stood out from the very beginning. He was the most prompt in responding, incredibly quick to return our calls and texts, and had such a warm and inviting personality. That level of communication and professionalism was extremely important to us.Once we signed the contract, we were told the driveway would take approximately two weeks, and they delivered exactly as promised. The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 AM each morning and worked diligently throughout the project. What really impressed us was how respectful they were of our home. At the end of each day, they made sure their tools and materials were put away and left the area as neat and clean as possiblewhich is no easy task when youre doing construction!Whenever questions came up, we could reach out to Josef and he was always quick to respond. His communication throughout the entire process gave us tremendous peace of mind. We also have to give a special shout-out to his foreman, Edgar, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, helpful, and made the entire process even smoother.New Vision Builders completely transformed our driveway. They demolished and removed the existing concrete, repaved the driveway, installed a sump pump, and added beautiful lighting. The finished product is absolutely stunning. We honestly cannot believe the differenceit looks even better than we imagined! We will absolutely be using New Vision Builders again when we tackle our front yard project. If youre looking for a contractor who is reliable, communicative, professional, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work, we cannot recommend Josef and his team highly enough.Thank you, Josef, Edgar, and the entire New Vision Builders team, for making this project such a wonderful experience. We couldnt be happier with our new driveway!”
Charles B. says, “Serrano’s Landscape is the best company We have ever hired. Their team works incredibly hard and truly knows their craft. They created a pebble are, replaced pavers, installed new bender board, and completely transformed a terribly neglected area by leveling it and laying fresh sod. The results exceeded our expectations. They were responsive, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. It was especially great working with Jackie and Hernan, they were attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely invested in making sure everything turned out beautifully. I’m already looking for other projects just so I can hire them again.”
