“My experience was very good. They explained the issue very easily for me to understand, responded quickly to my Thumbtack project. Was able to repair my water heater in quick efficient time. So I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.”

“They break the mold from other contractors which is refreshing. Keep it up guys!”

“Jamie was very courteous and kept me informed as to their time of arrival. This was my first experience with Brainer and they showed up on time and did an excellent job. I had a blockage in my sewer system that caused a backup in my laundry room and shower. They found the blockage promptly and showed me, via camera, where it was. They were able to dislodge it without going into the system to do so. They were professional, knowledgeable and quick. I will definitely give them a call with future issues!”

“The owner Same Miller called me right away and scheduled to come for my repair on the same day. We were happy with the work and his abilities to schedule both plumbing and electrical services.”

“Alex did an amazing job flushing a main sewer line. Highly recommend Zoom drain!”

“When another contractor said he noticed that Jeremy Waterproofing failed to install a check valve on the sump pump that was just installed, I tried to contact Josue of Jeremy Waterproofing who, it turns out, was out of the country and not available during the time I was trying to call him. I learned upon his return that he had, in fact, installed the valve and I regret posting a review saying otherwise. Josue was responsive and his price was far lower than that of a prominent company who frequently advertises TV.”
