“He did amazing job with my front porch hanging lights. I will definitely use luminous electric company in near future and highly recommend them to all in need. By the way: The customer service in the main office was excellent as well.”

“He took the time to thoroughly inspect the work, identify every issue with the previous installation, and even helped us put together a detailed report documenting the mistakes so we could send it back to Jim Needham. He went above and beyond to help us without ever asking for a dime, and that level of honesty and integrity immediately earned our trust.Because of that experience, choosing Warm Welcome to correct the installation was an easy decision. Their team completely exceeded our expectations. They arrived at 8:00 AM and didn't leave until every issue had been corrected. After five years of living in a home that never cooled properlyand unknowingly masking the real problemwe finally have an HVAC system that works the way it should. Our house is cooling evenly for the first time since we've lived here.Sincere assembled an incredible team, including Will and Calvin, and I can't say enough good things about them. Will was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and continued helping us document the issues so we could pursue a full refund from Jim Needham. Calvin was one of the kindest technicians we've ever worked with. His workmanship was outstanding, and he kept us informed throughout the entire installation, explaining every correction they made and why it was necessary. After the frustrating experience we had with the Jim Needham, Warm Welcome restored our confidence. Every member of the team treated us with respect, listened to our concerns, and made sure the job was done rightnot just quickly.Five stars without hesitation. Warm Welcome has earned our business for life, and we'll be recommending them to everyone we know. THANK YOU Sincere, Will, Calvin, and the entire team for turning such a frustrating situation into an exceptional customer experience!”

“hired to install battery operated doorbell. 1st electrician open box and nothing. sent a master election, did not have parts and read installation instruction.”

“Elemental Services did a wonderful job installing two electrical outlets: outside outlet for outdoor tv and under sink bathroom outlet for water heater. Will definitely use them again for future projects.”

“First guy who came over on Saturday to replace central air conditioner outside was excellent. The guy who came over Monday to do electrical was not so professional. He went in the garage without letting us know he needed in there and the constant smoking of his vape was annoying ( he was friendly ) just took longer the expected or he was just slow. Glad it's done and appreciate all you have done for us.”
