“We had an outstanding experience working with On Design & Remodeling on a major home renovation, and we truly cant recommend them enough. Our original project included converting a backyard deck into a beautiful, enclosed office connected to our master bedroom, a kitchen update, and full remodels of two bathrooms. From the start, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication. The quotes were competitive, any change orders we requested were reasonable, and we were never hit with unexpected "gotcha" costs, which allowed us to manage the remodel budget effectively. We also want to give a special thank you to the design team. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process by providing thoughtful feedback, making great suggestions, and even accompanying us to design showrooms to help select materials. Their guidance made a huge difference in bringing everything together in a way that felt both cohesive and personalized. What really set On Design apart, though, was their care for our day-to-day living situation. We were living in the home during construction (and expecting our first child), and the entire team was incredibly respectful, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout the process. They carefully planned the project around which spaces we needed access to and when, making what could have been a stressful experience feel very manageable.Because of how great the experience was, we even expanded the project mid-way to include enclosing and insulating the garage, adding a ceiling, and reworking a wall to create a much more functional laundry closet. The quality and communication stayed top-notch throughout. One moment that really stuck with usMartin (crewmember) even wished us well as we were heading to the hospital for the birth of our baby!A huge thank you to project managers Raz and Sofia for keeping everything organized and on track, and to foremen Vicente and Sergio and the entire crew for their craftsmanship and kindness. They truly felt like partners in the process. We would absolutely work with On Design & Remodeling again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely caring team.”

“Their in-house designer, Nicole, helped us bring our vision board to life. Nicole was with us at every store to pick materials and advise on decisions. The onsite crew, led by Fernando and Walter, were professional, responsive, and highly detail oriented. They were very organized and punctual with their daily schedule. We appreciated how they walked us through every phase of the project before installation began, and they were respectful of our home throughout the entire process. They were collaborative partners, highly responsive to communication and questions, and very transparent with the work. We love our newly remodeled bathroom.”

“Avi was very hands on and helped us design the perfect paver patio, screen enclosure, and kitchen for our outdoor space! The crew was very neat and cleaned up the area after each day, and were very meticulous with their construction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Avi for any outdoor kitchen, patio, paver driveway, or screen enclosure work. Top notch experience end to end and we can’t wait to use our new kitchen and lanai! Thank you to Avi and team!”

“Roi took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions that improved the final design, and delivered beautiful, high-quality work. Communication was clear throughout the process, the project stayed organized and on schedule, and he and his team were always respectful of our home and left the space clean each day. Our new kitchen turned out even better than we imagined, and I would highly recommend Roi to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor who truly takes pride in his work.”

“His suggestion on kitchen and bathroom design grabbed our eyes. He also assured that he can keep our timeline. before signing a contract, we visited two of his projects that confirmed his quality of job.In short, Shahin is knowledgeable; and with his professional team they could complete the project in promised time with promised quality and within the predicted budget.I can confidently recommend Shahin and Radvand Construction for any complete or partial remodeling project.”

“The stone installation was done to code and they went out of their way to ensure the result matches a design I had in a picture. The communication was great, starting with a free quote. I had so many questions on the quote and changes to make and they accommodated all of it very promptly and efficiently.I strongly recommend them for all home-related work, they do everything from paint, renovation, repairs and even appliances installation and repair. We are very happy with the results and would hire them again in the future.”
