“We appreciated the attention given to the small details, especially around the edges and transitions between the pool and patio. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property throughout the project. The finished pool area is exactly the kind of outdoor space we wanted.”

“There was a problem in installing the new lock on my sliding door but he found a solution and the new lock performs perfectly. Highly recommend.”

“Workers were focused and met daily goals to finish patio as scheduled. They cleaned up daily. When final project was done, another project manager was on scene to overlook the deck. I’m pleased with outcome”

“We had the best experience with Locali builders, Rachel and her team were a pleasure to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable and very cooperative, and their prices are the best I found, without downgrading in quality, the pictures speak for themselves.Recently bought a house in West Hills, and needed full remodeling, floor to ceiling, and outdoor. The experience they have makes it easier to find solutions to any issues that occur, from plumbing to electrical, and design of course. Rachel has a huge list of sources for beautiful features for any style and great designing eye, so without her I would be lost in the sea of possibilities online, which saved me a lot of time and money.Remodeling can be an awful experience, and after working with Locali Builders, and hearing horror stories from friends who are dealing with unresolved issues months after, I appreciate them even more.Highly recommended!”

“Overall satisfied with the work done, however the countertops they installed in our kitchen are not level and slope down into the room somewhat.”
